From bookkeeping to accounting, strategic planning to tax and auditing, their scope of services is pretty diverse. Consider them a one-stop shop for your business’ financial woes.

What we like about them is how much they value their relationships with their clients. It seems that most of their client base came from referrals, which is a telltale sign of client satisfaction.

Another quality of theirs that mustn’t go unnoticed is how responsive they are. In fact, they have a firm-wide policy to get back to all inquiries within the next business day.

From what we’ve heard, their accountants are client-focused in terms of providing assistance in any way that they can. Apparently, they have a way of explaining complicated matters and translating them into easy-to-understand insight.

The only downside is, their service fees are quite expensive. And, we’ve heard that they can be picky with their clients, as they do have a large clientele.

Larry B. Betts, CPA is an Arizona-based firm that’s been around since 2006. Its owner, Larry, has well-over 45 years of experience, though.

They’re one of the top-rated firms locally, mainly because of their reputation for good customer service. Apparently, they’re a father and son duo who goes above and beyond to help their clients.

It seems that both of them, as well as their other accountants, are all skilled when it comes to tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and other accounting services.

What’s more is they’re a friendly bunch who treat all their clients like family. They maintain good customer-relations and most of their clients have been with them for years.

They specialize in working with small businesses and individuals. And, they provide individualized help as well by thoroughly getting to know you and your business.

They pride themselves in taking their time with every client – this means that they don’t rush any of their services. It appears that they educate their clients as well on how to best manage their tax liabilities to get the highest profit possible.

We’d advise a bit of patience, though, as they’re quite slow to reply to inquiries. Maybe it’s because of their large clientele, but we still think they can work on responding faster.

Also, their rates are on the pricier side. For the quality of their service, however, we do think they’re worth the splurge.

Hacker Accounting does accounting, payroll, taxes, and more. What sets them apart is the value they place on skill and experience of their staff members.

Each member of their team goes through a rigorous series of tests and interviews. This allows them to make sure that every accountant is qualified, capable, and competent for the peace of mind of their clients.

From what we’ve heard, this does reflect on their team. It seems that clients love how knowledgeable and professional their accountants are.

What’s more is they’re pleasant and really friendly, often referred to as a breeze to work with. It also appears that they truly care about their clients by finding ways on how they can generate more profit.

We find this really helpful especially for smaller businesses who aren’t earning that much yet. We give them major props for it.

They’re also super responsive and will get back to messages almost instantly – something that clients always appreciate.

An issue some clients have with them are their phone reps. It seems that not all are as accommodating to queries, and some are just unprofessional.

There have also been instances of mix ups in scheduling appointments, so we hope they work on resolving these soon. 

Since 1974, Singer Tax and Accounting, PC has been offering their services to clients in various industries across the valley.

Their services extend beyond just taxes and they specialize in working with small, closely-held companies. But, they do have clients from larger corporations as well.

What’s more is they serve individuals, small businesses, and corporate accounts. So whether you’re someone dealing with the complexities of inheritance, or looking to start your own business, they can help you deal with your tax issues.

The only thing they probably can’t help with are personal income taxes. It doesn’t seem to be part of their work scope.

David is often recommended by clients because of his warm personality. It seems that he’s well-loved because of his reliability, competence, and trustworthiness.

Taxes can be quite daunting and overwhelming, but it appears that he’s skilled at making them uncomplicated for the client. And, we’ve heard that he has a great sense of humor!

What’s more is that their service fees are reasonable. You’d expect to pay higher for a company with their expertise, but they’re really quite affordable than most accountants.

A downside is, they’re not as responsive as one would hope they’d be. It seems that they take more than a few days just to get back to clients. 

Expert Tax and Accounting does justice to their namesake by providing expert accounting services to people across Arizona. They’re a local accounting firm who’s been around since 2012.

What we like about them is how wide their scope of services is. Apart from tax-related issues, they also help with consultation, LLC creation, finance advising, and more.

This makes them a go-to for a lot of businesses because they can provide nearly everything you need to run your business, document-wise. 

They’re really quite lowkey, but word gets around of how high-quality their service is. It seems that they’re all experts at their own industries and are very professional in dealing with clients.

While it’s expected for an accountant to be competent and honest, they go above and beyond by providing clients with sound insight and solid tax foundations. This helps business owners learn more about their own taxes and not just rely on the accountant.

Still, it’s nice to have them around as you know you’ll be protected from costly mistakes in the future.

What’s more is they always make themselves available to talk, even beyond office hours. And they’re super nice about it and won’t make clients feel like they’re a bother.

Note that their service fees aren’t fixed – it varies from client to client. They appear to be on the pricier side, too.
