Their expert team of licensed medical professionals take a collaborative approach when working with clients. It seems that patients love how nice they are and how they thoroughly explain every possible result from the botox injections.

What’s more is that they don’t upsell. Clients appreciate that they stick to the procedures that’ve been laid out beforehand.

As a medical spa, their primary focus is to provide patients with the utmost professional treatment in a relaxing, comfortable space. So far, we think they’ve been doing a great job.

What their patients love about them is their staff’s friendly demeanor. It seems that from the receptionist up to the medical professionals, everyone is super approachable and warm.

On top of this, they also pay a great deal of attention to making the atmosphere as calm and as relaxing as possible – just like a true spa.

Their professionalism, however, is evident in the quality of their services. Even though botox isn’t their speciality, it’s still one of their more well-known and most-availed procedures.

Their botox rates are also relatively more affordable, starting at just $14 per unit. You’ll be in-and-out in just a few minutes; some clients even visit them during their lunch hours.

The downside is, we have heard some instances where there are hidden fees on the final billing. Make sure to clarify and ask which fees are or are not included in the services you avail.

They’re also apparently very active in sending promotional emails. While some clients don’t mind, we understand how it can be annoying to others.

All things considered, though, we think they’re a solid choice in deciding where to get botox.

Another medical spa (and award-winning, at that) is Body Beautiful MedSpa. They proudly claim to be leaders in their respective field, having state-of-the-art equipment and upgraded techniques.

Most of his patients are repeat or referral ones; which we think is a good sign of client satisfaction and patient happiness.

Apparently, they love him because of his nearly pain-free techniques. It’s been said that he has a very light but precise touch, especially in botox treatments.

What’s more is because of how gentle his technique is, it minimizes the swelling and further lessens the downtime. For this sheer display of expertise, we give him major props.

Another thing that patients love about them is how hygienic and well-maintained their facility is. Everything is clean, sanitized, and thoroughly disinfected as patients come and go.

An area we think they should work on is having a more efficient scheduling system in place. We’ve heard of several instances when clients had to be rescheduled or made to wait longer.

They’re also quite heavy on promotion and sales pitches. However, if you could look past those, we still think they’re worth paying a visit.

Impressively, they achieved Allergan’s Black Diamond status which placed their physicians among the top 1% of medical aesthetic practices across the US. In particular, this is for the administration of Botox, Juvederm, and Voluma injections. 

What we love about them is how they stay on top of current technological advances and trends. They also constantly train their physicians, as they believe that aesthetic medicine is a continuous learning process.

Because of their extensive practice in this field, they’re able to achieve natural-looking results with minimal downtime – a feat that their patients appreciate a ton.

Even more impressive in our book is their reputation for good customer service. It seems that most of their staff members are courteous and helpful in answering patient concerns or questions.

Special mentions go to Marissa, whom patients have said to be a miracle worker in botox procedures. Apparently, she’s an expert at knowing exactly where and how much to inject for optimal results.

If you don’t mind shelling out a bit more, we think they’re worth considering. Even with the higher rates, you can be assured of good results and great customer service.

Just make sure to book days in advance, as their schedule does fill up pretty quickly.
