Valley Building Inspections is one of the go-to firms for residential, commercial, and even environmental inspections around Phoenix. So if you want to deal with a firm that covers a wide range of inspections, then they should be on top of your list.

For those who like going through contracts, you’ll appreciate that they are detailed and easy to read. It’s also relatively easy to sign that even less tech-savvy clients (like us) would be able to do it with minimal supervision.

We also had too many questions during the inspection, and we love how they enthusiastically answered them. We also didn’t feel that they were rushing the inspection, which built our confidence that everything was being covered.

For home inspections, you’ll love that the team is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of residential properties. They’re also geniuses when it comes to smart systems and appliances, which impressed the home buyers we talked to.

However, there were a few instances wherein the inspectors lacked certain instruments during the initial inspection, which unfortunately caused delays.

Nonetheless, we appreciate them because they sent us reminders confirming our appointment. With our busy schedule, we almost forgot about the inspection date we booked two months ago, so the reminder was really helpful.

What we liked most about dealing with Dwell Inspect Arizona was that our inspection request went through a very quick online scheduling process.

Having a business management tool called the Spectora platform made it even easier for us to connect with all the suppliers and parties involved during the building inspection.

They’re also keen on sending several updates through text or email, just to ensure you’re well aware of the project’s current progress.

During the inspection, we had the opportunity to meet Clayton Brenner, one of Dwell Inspect’s licensed home inspectors. He’s been in the business for twenty years, so we knew we were in good hands right off the bat.

And true enough, we appreciated how he would always show up on time and get straight to work (even when some of us were quite chatty). Don’t worry, he will still accommodate your questions and even break down the nitty-gritty, if needed.

However, do note that the inspector you prefer may not always be available when you schedule. Also, follow-ups after the inspection could be improved.

For long-term property inspections, Protect Property Inspections may be worth your time. It’s great to have someone who would always help us look after our property for years, which is ideal for investors or even landlords.

But if you’re not any of these two, you can still maximize their expertise. After all, who wants to end up having surprise bills from issues that could’ve been seen early on?

It’s worth noting that we never had any issues coordinating with them. We even tried calling them around 12 midnight, just because we couldn’t wait until morning to ask certain questions, and they were more than willing to answer.

And yes, since they’re open 24/7, they can schedule an inspection even late at night, as long as safety measures are in place. Not to mention that they’re also willing to accommodate inspection requests on short notice, so that’s really impressive.

This firm is also a great option if you’re looking for additional inspection services, such as solar panel inspections, home energy assessments, mold testing, and air quality testing.

Just keep in mind that these are add-ons, so Protect Property Inspections might be a costly option, compared to having everything under one package.

Ideal for long-term building inspections
