They’ll then send you a proposal and once you accept, they’ll set an installation date. From what we’ve heard, they’re pretty efficient as they’ll arrive on time and get right into work, having all the measurements and details sent over by the designer prior.

Whether you need the installs done to your kitchen, bathroom, or anywhere else, they can pretty much handle it.

It seems, though, that they could work on training their technicians on better customer service. Apparently, some of them are not-so-pleasant to work with, which is why we hope the company addresses this soon.

From what we’ve heard, they don’t cut corners and install with great precision. They constantly communicate with clients and make sure that they’re updated on the progress.

An issue that some clients have with them is they’re not very strict with health precautions. Even though it all boils down to personal preference, we still think it’s worth it to respect someone’s home by wearing masks.

What clients love about them is their top notch customer service. From what we’ve heard, Serrano himself is part of the installation team and makes sure that the entire process is meticulously-done.

They’re a one-stop shop for countertops, floorings, and cabinets, but they’re best known for their top quality granites. They install for residential and commercial properties alike.

They have a pretty good selection of granites in all sorts of colors, styles, and overall design. What’s more is they work closely with a lot of distributors in the state, so they’re able to offer sweet deals to clients.

Their showroom is both impressive and expansive. Clients also appreciate how welcoming and accommodating their staff members are.

Upon approval of the proposal, they’ll start working on the schedule for your install. Note, however, that they do take relatively longer (around 4-6 weeks) to finish the job.

We do like, though, that they welcome any project, big or small. And, they have flexible payment options on the table.

What sets them apart is their genuine helpfulness. When they inspect your space (for free, by the way), they’ll also give you sound advice and tips.

While some may say that they’re too frank, most of their clients love their straightforward and honest approach. Apparently, they won’t try to upsell and just give their recommendations with the client’s best interest at heart.

As we mentioned, they have good quality granites to choose from. And they masterfully install it in a quick fashion, which often leaves their clients impressed.

They do it, too, at such affordable rates. One might have qualms on how affordable they are, but it seems that they’re just not the type of company that overcharges.

As if that’s not enough, they often run discount promotions as well. And, they have a wide range of granite countertops to choose from.

A downside, however, is that they’re usually fully-booked. Make sure to schedule with them at least weeks in advance.
