Delays in installation and activation aren’t uncommon in the industry, but at the very least, we think that they could come up with other ways to keep affected customers happy.

The great thing about them is that they don’t stay behind; rather, they make sure to stay updated on the latest advancements in solar power.

We appreciate that they take their time explaining to clients all the green benefits of solar energy, without upselling. Apparently, clients love that they genuinely care for them and the environment.

Even though the prices are high, we still think it’s helpful for them to ease the financial load.

Unfortunately, it seems that they do share a common issue with delays in installation and activation. It also doesn’t help that we’ve heard reports of them being slow to respond to client inquiries.

So, if you don’t mind waiting, we still think they’re a great choice as they do provide excellent value for money.
