They’re fast and friendly

I’ve always come here for my tires, they’re fast and friendly. They always communicate with you when selecting your tires to have you inspect and approve before installation. I’ve been a customer for years. I recently came due to a blown tire and was there 30 min max.

Good experience

First the lady girl that welcomed us so educated and knowledge prepared to guide us to the best we can get for our tires car needs, and the technician was so professional and timely accordingly to the job we were expecting. Thank you so much.

Handled everything flawlessly

Huge thanks to Paul and the crew at Firebird Tire. These guys are the dually pros. I took my truck in to get my DDC wheels and 37-inch tires balanced. They handled it flawlessly. No runaround, just solid work from a team that understands heavy-duty setups. Highly recommend!

Outstanding business

Great place for tires and Customer Service!. Reed, Andrew, and Paul were fantastic. I bought rear tires for my late model car and they were able to mount old school split rim tires, inner tubes, and flaps for my 1948 Chevy pick up. Outstanding business, highly recommend!

3. Thunderbird Automotive Specialists

thunderbird-automotive-specialists

Website:https://www.tbirdauto.com/

Address: 3502 W Thunderbird Rd

Contact: (602) 938-3632

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thunderbird Automotive Specialists uses a digital vehicle inspection (DVI) system to clearly show your exact tread depth. With their certified technicians, they can handle tire services alongside wheel alignment and steering or suspension repairs.

What stood out during our visit was how clearly the mechanics explained the wear on our sedan’s tires without pressuring us into additional work. This approach is especially useful when tire wear could point to a larger alignment or suspension issue.

We also appreciate that the team reviews their findings with customers before moving ahead with repairs.

The main drawback is their strict Monday through Friday schedule that completely rules out any last-minute weekend visits.

Pros

  • Uses Digital Vehicle Inspection
  • Offers full-service auto repairs
  • Stocks Continental and Pirelli
  • Technicians explain tread wear clearly

Cons

  • Closed on weekends

These guys are great

Fast, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable. These guys are great. At 4 pm on a Tuesday I came to get my oil changed here and I didn’t have to wait for more than 3 min before they had my car getting worked on.

They checked my tire pressure, checked my filters, and refilled my fluids. They gave me a short diagnosis; but did not pester me on services I didn’t request. I recommend this place to anyone who’s needing a quick service.

Efficient, reliable, fast

These guys said about 30 minutes and since they had finished another car before me earlier I was literally in and out within 10-18 minutes. That was fast service! They even check tire pressure also. Most places nowadays do not check tire pressure. These guys were efficient and reliable and fast.

Great service

Came in because of good reviews and glad to see that good customer service is still around! Eric made sure to look after my car, you can tell he’s very knowledgeable about tires as well. His team was quick to procure my tires, and I was in and out in 15 min. Great service and will be sure to be back

10/10 experience

Okay but WHY is Supreme Tire Shop actually serving like this?? 💅✨

Came in expecting just tires, left emotionally fulfilled. The service? Immaculate. The prices? Honestly rude how good they are. And don’t even get me started on Blake a petite, cute white boy who absolutely knows his way around a shop. Sweet, attentive, and had me feeling like my car was in the best hands possible.

10/10 experience, zero complaints, and yes… I will be coming back (for the tires… obviously). 💖
