In some instances where live extraction isn’t plausible, they will exterminate the bees. This is also up to the client’s choice.

We’d like to point out that the cost for either service is the same – which is a great deal in itself, considering that live extraction is more technical and labor-intensive.

It’s just their simple way of encouraging live extractions as much as possible. Saving the bees is high on their priority list, after all.

What’s great about them is they’re available 24/7. Should you need a technician at any time of the day, they’re quick to respond and will be at your door within 48 hours.

In some cases, they can do same-day services as well. We find this especially helpful should one need immediate help.

An area they could probably improve on is customer service. While we’ve heard good things about their technicians, there have also been a couple of complaints about some of them being rude or unprofessional.

If you do hire them, make sure to clear the final cost, as well. Apparently, there are hidden costs that tend to jack up the bill.

What most of their clients love about them is their good scope of services offered. Apart from bee removal, they also offer sealing and repairs for walls and roofs.

This is just a lot more convenient than having to call someone else to come and do the repairs. 

We also appreciate that they use advanced equipment and hi-tech scopes to locate the beehive. Not only does it prevent unnecessary damages, it also makes the process more efficient and quick.

What’s more is that they offer a 3-month guarantee. If the bees come back, they’ll also return to take care of it, free of charge.

From what we’ve heard, they have courteous and friendly technicians. They come on time and clearly explain what measures they will take, so that the client is well-informed.

It’s probably for these reasons why their clients don’t mind paying a premium for their services. Although, we do wish they’d offer some flexibility in their payment options.

All things considered, we think they’re a solid choice if you ever need their services.

Abello Bees is a well-loved neighborhood beekeeper. The owner, Derek, is native in the area and is an expert at removing and relocating bees.

What we love about them is they only do live bee removals – no exterminations and killings involved. And, they do this without the use of chemicals or pesticides, which we appreciate a ton.

From what we gather, their genuine intent to save bees is evident in their business. They even go by the motto to “treat bees like people”.

Their previous clients often mention Derek to be professional, warm, and sincere. It seems that he’s also keen on educating his clients about bees, the removal process, and what they can do to prevent a similar scenario in the future.

It’s also been said that he arrives promptly at the scheduled date and time. This is always a big plus in our book.

We find that their pricing is upfront and reasonable, too. There are no hidden charges and they’re very transparent about their cost of services.

They’re a relatively small company, so they’re unable to offer emergency bee removal services as of writing. But if you’re not really in a rush, we think you’re in good hands with them.

Another locally-owned and -operated company, Phoenix Bee Removal has been around for over a decade now. 

The owners are incredibly hands-on. They don’t hire subcontractors; instead, they do the honeycomb cutouts and repairs themselves.

They understand that every job is unique, so they don’t really have a set approach when it comes to bee removal. What they’ll do is analyze your situation and collaborate on the best plan with you.

Don’t worry, they are well-trained and licensed by the State of Arizona in carrying out these jobs. They’ve worked with all sorts of bees along with other stinging insects, so they’re pretty well-versed on the solutions they come up with.

They also accept same-day appointments and are available for emergency bee removals. Note though, that the service fee is higher for such appointments.

We’d like to point out that they offer flat rates with service guarantees for all bee removals. While these are relatively more expensive, we think they’re worth shelling out for especially when it comes to extreme cases.

Their 30-day service guarantee is also a bit shorter compared with other similar companies. We appreciate, though, that they’re incredibly helpful to clients who do need them to come back for some extra bee management service.
