To further put their stamp on things, you’ll find that their vehicles are equipped with advanced stereo systems plus interior LED and accent lighting. They also offer party packages that include drinks, poles, balloons, and other decor.

Their chauffeurs are not only expert drivers, but also reliable, personable, and easygoing. This completes the experience for passengers who are in a celebratory mood, from what we’ve heard.

Special mention goes out to Kevin, who is apparently communicative over phone calls and emails. It seems he’s also patient and helpful with clients in making informed decisions, which is great.

That said, there have been reports of faulty air conditioning, which is crucial in the sweltering Phoenix climate. 

For instance, passengers who were part of a wedding entourage expressed their frustrations since the sweat ruined their make-up and attire.

We hope they can take extra steps to ensure that everything works swiftly, especially the air conditioning. Customer experience is critical in gaining preference and loyalty.

AZ Black Tie Limousine & Transportation caught our attention with perfect review scores across the board. Aside from their array of luxurious limos and competitive rates, they also promise flawless customer service.

While only starting in 2017, this business has already gained a good amount of positive reviews and grown its clientele at a fast rate. They already have repeat customers and referrals, which is impressive.

It seems they’ve done their research on the competition because so far, they have carefully avoided common issues you might encounter from limo services. 

Some of these involve planning and scheduling, last-minute accommodations, and even booking and payment processes. 

They’re also versatile and offer the same commitment to excellent customer service regardless of the occasion, size of the crowd, or type of passengers.

Call us nitpicky, but we’d still prefer it if they had a page on their website where we could browse their vehicles. After all, this would help their clients to better visualize and examine their options.
