1. Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A.

Website: https://www.bcattorneys.com/
Address: 1850 N. Central Avenue, Suite 1700, AZ 85004
Contact: 602-274-7611
Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Burch & Cracchiolo has been serving Arizona for over 50 years, so it’s a well-established firm. They advise on entity formation, commercial finance, and complex mergers.
That long history shows in their deep local knowledge. They know administrative law and government regulations well.
We also like that they handle tricky approvals such as liquor licensing.
They take on labor disputes as well. For very specific workplace cases, though, we’d look for dedicated employment lawyers in Phoenix.
The downside is the billing. They’re a mid-to-large regional firm. That means they often charge more than solo practitioners. Those costs can add up on a long project. So we’d ask about fees early.
Our journey forward has had positive guidance
We were in the thick of starting up our new company, Biomotum. Both the Corporate Attorney and the Legal Expertise on IP work were provided to us with a feeling of care, understanding and clear expectations. Overall, everything we came to expect became reality and our journey forward has had positive guidance.

Every matter I involved this firm in has had a successful resolution. Communication is top notch. I highly recommend Burch & Cracchiolo to any business if you are seeking a trusted firm!

2. Snell & Wilmer

Website: https://www.swlaw.com/location/phoenix/
Address: One East Washington Street, Suite 2700, AZ 85004
Contact: 602-382-6000
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Snell & Wilmer is one of the best choices for large and complicated business deals. They represent many major institutional lenders in the region, so they’re familiar with structuring significant transactions and navigating complex financing.
That experience can be especially useful when you’re funding large real estate projects.
We also like that they can bring together multidisciplinary teams with knowledge across different industries.
Their work covers asset purchase agreements, joint ventures, and venture capital financing. That makes them a strong fit for high-stakes multimillion-dollar deals.
The main drawback is the firm’s size. A solo entrepreneur or small startup founder could find the enterprise-level approach intimidating.
Client feedback also notes that their services can cost more than those of smaller firms.
They always deliver
What I like most is the fact that if our main attorney cannot handle an issue there is always somebody to pass the issue to. Service is always responsive and nothing it too much trouble when you have a crisis. Brian Burt is our main Attorney and he is wonderful, knowledgeable and always patient and responsive with all our requests. Snell are more expensive that smaller law firms but at the end of the day they always deliver and that is very important when dealing with the legal minefields business often have to tread.

They are the best in Arizona
I have been dealing with The Law Offices of Snell and Wilmer since 2003 and with my hands down they are the best in Arizona. Tried a few attornies from all over, including Tucson and you cannot compare the knowledge and the professionalism that these guys have. I am very happy with all the attornies I have used, including Paul Giancola, Matt Donovan, Mark Bohn, Fedelis Garcia, Elizabeth Kinney, etc.

3. Law Offices of Donald W. Hudspeth, P.C.

Website: https://www.azbuslaw.com/
Address: 3200 North Central Avenue, Suite 2500, AZ 85012
Contact: 602-265-7997
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Law Offices of Donald W. Hudspeth stood out for their exclusive focus on business law. That specialization gives them hands-on commercial experience and a strong understanding of the pressures business owners deal with daily.
The founder also has experience running a small business himself. That helps keep the advice practical rather than overly theoretical.
Another plus is how they explain legal concepts in plain language. Even something like an LLC operating agreement can be easier to understand with that approach.
For growing startups, the firm can serve almost like an in-house general counsel. They also assist with strategic asset protection.
That said, we’ve heard some complaints about slow response. We’d recommend frequent follow-ups if you have urgent queries
Always worth the wait
Been using Donald for my company for years now. Doesn’t always answer as a good lawyer isn’t ready at the drop of a dime like the Maytag repair man however every time my documents get completed or my case is reviewed it is always worth the wait. From the very first time I used him I felt like I had an extremely good aggressive lawyer in my corner who had my companies best interest in mind. A++ and yes I am a real customer.

Tom was very helpful
Tom was very helpful a listened in great detail, regarding my LLC issue; hired them right away as my former lawyer was not pleading conversions and perjury so i ended up with a thief on the bank accounts. Needless to say it was a mess and on the first response motion from Mr Hudspeth, I could tell this is the inflection point.

Address: 2211 E Highland Ave, Ste 100, AZ 85016

Hours: Contact for availability
Leah Martin Law offers a more personal approach. It’s a boutique firm focusing on custom contract drafting and commercial litigation for local companies. That makes it suitable for important matters where you want direct attention.
They handle high-stakes issues such as acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and non-disclosure agreements.
I also like that they discuss costs upfront. Knowing the fees early can make it easier to plan your legal budget and avoid unexpected bills.
The firm focuses on business deals and disputes, so you’ll need separate tax lawyers for matters such as IRS audits.
The other limitation is its small team. With only five attorneys, they may have less capacity to handle several large cases at the same time.
Clients we spoke with, though, highlight quick responses and a strong sense of security throughout projects.
Quick, fast and reliable
Love that Carlos took care of my case and there’s no other law firm I’d go to for business law cases, if you want someone quick, fast and reliable. Leah Martin is it. Thank you Carlos and Leah law firm!

I am in safe hands
They have always answered every phone call immediately and taken care of everything needed to be taken care of at that moment with no delays and made me feel safe with my project. That was very important as everyone’s is and when you have a project that means that much you want to make sure it’s in safe hands and that’s how I feel all the time. I am in safe hands and she is still my attorney at this time.

5. Resolvere Law PLLC

Website: https://resolverelaw.com/
Address: 3101 N Central Ave Suite 850, AZ 85012
Contact: 480-702-2272
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Resolvere Law PLLC stands out to me for its focus on resolving complicated business disputes without letting them drag on.
The firm uses negotiation and strategic mediation to work toward settlements. At the same time, they prepare every high-stakes conflict as though it could go to trial.
We like that approach because it gives you a stronger position early in the dispute. It also keeps the focus on resolving the conflict efficiently.
Another benefit is that you work directly with an attorney rather than a paralegal.
The firm also keeps its caseloads manageable, which allows for more focused responses.
The main downside is the location. The office is in a busy commercial hub, so getting there can involve heavy traffic and a slow drive.
If convenient access matters to you, that’s something worth keeping in mind when choosing the firm.
Larry took care of the issue super fast
Larry & Marc were amazing! We are a small construction company that had an issue with a vendor and for their more than reasonable fee for the service Larry took care of the issue super fast!
