Customer Reviews

Professional service throughout

Outstanding communication explaining process and addressing all concerns we had surrounding mold. The inspection it self was very thorough taking roughly hour and half (3200 sq ft home) to fully check air quality, walls, cabinets, etc. The results were received promptly and very detailed with explanations (45 pages). Professional service throughout the whole process. The reason for the inspection was due to our daughter’s health including mold allergies which included the fear of unknown spores that you can’t see.

Excellent service

John from Arizona Environmental Specialist provided excellent service. He had great customer service skills, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and was very patient and polite throughout the process. He completed the work thoroughly and even took the time to ask if anything else was needed before leaving. John also explained the next steps clearly, which I really appreciated. He came out to perform air sampling for mold, and I felt confident in the quality of his work. Highly recommend!

Customer Reviews

Highly recommend

We are incredibly grateful & impressed by Randy’s expertise, communication, professionalism, thoroughness & impeccable tendency towards detail. Not only did he find mold that our general inspector didn’t, but he found mold even after the remediation company was supposed to be done. This guy is worth his weight in gold as far as we’re concerned! Our realtor mentioned all their referrals who have used him have been super happy & I see why. Highly recommend!

Extremely thorough testing

Randy is very knowledgeable, conscientious, and responsive. We were in the process of buying a house when mold was found on the inspection. We had concerns about the remediation efforts. Randy and his partner Jonathon were able to go into the home quickly and provide extremely thorough testing. His expertise and advice was critical in protecting our young children from potential toxic mold exposures. We are grateful to have found someone we could trust during an overwhelming process. Additionally, I had called several companies and Randy’s quote was a better price for more testing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
