The 5 Best Stucco Contractors in Phoenix for Fresh Walls and Fewer Worries

  • Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) Licensing: We verified that every business carries active, clear specialty commercial or residential plastering licenses with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
  • Extreme Climate Material Selection: We evaluated each team's experience applying durable elastomeric coats and crack-resistant synthetic finishes built specifically to survive 110°F summer heat.
  • Texture Matching Precision: We inspected before-and-after work to ensure contractors blend patches into existing surfaces, including heavy dash, cat face, and smooth Santa Barbara finishes.
  • Surface Preparation Standards: Our team prioritized specialists who follow strict substrate standards, including secure weep screed positioning and durable moisture barrier installations.

A trustworthy stucco contractor in Phoenix can be hard to find when triple-digit summer heat and heavy monsoon downpours constantly put your home’s exterior to the test.

Arizona’s harsh weather can cause hairline cracks, moisture intrusion, and sudden surface blistering, making reliable stucco work even more important. For that reason, we’ve spent weeks finding reliable local plastering crews across Maricopa County.

Below, you’ll find the standout choices that help keep local properties protected, properly sealed, and looking sharp year after year. Read on!

2. Rising Design & Plastering

Areas Served: Phoenix and surrounding areas

Contact: 602-583-4683

Hours: Monday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM | Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM | Sunday, 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM

Commercial developments require careful coordination, and Rising Design & Plastering focuses on handling that process smoothly.

The team supplies heavy-duty commercial exterior systems and Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) setups, along with dedicated scaffolding and properly sized crews across Arizona.

As a result, general contractors can get firm, plan-based bids well before interior framing begins.

When we spoke with someone who watched their team handle a nearby multi-story retail project, they said the consistent batching helped prevent patchy lines across the large surface areas.

But property owners should keep in mind that the crew works strictly with traditional cement finishes and doesn’t offer synthetic acrylic stucco layers. This limited material selection may affect projects that require a specific stucco system.

Pros

  • Active Arizona ROC license
  • Plan-based bidding establishes firm upfront budgets
  • Safe multi-story scaffolding setups included
  • Batching controls keep textures uniform across large walls

Cons

  • Traditional cement finishes only; no synthetic acrylic stucco

Excellent job

I had a leak in the stucco on my chimney and a cracked pony wall. Jose came out and estimated the job. His crew came today and did an excellent job of fixing the stucco and making it all look new. I am impressed at how clean they were. They were on the roof safely and took care to do all the work correctly but also very safe. Thank you!

Were professional and kept a clean and orderly job site

The stucco city team did a fantastic job providing a smooth stucco finish on my home. They worked incredibly hard, were professional and kept a clean and orderly job site. They were also very accommodating to our needs as we have dogs that needed to leave to house occasionally for breaks. I appreciate them working around our needs! I would highly recommend them for a Stucco job.

Highly recommend

Ernesto and his helper of Titan Stucco showed up on time and quickly got to work once I reviewed the work to be done. My house experienced some large patches of severe stucco failure from bad workmanship from the original builder. The work that Titan did was done in a very professional manner and I’m sure I will not see the any issues in the future. I highly recommend Titan to anybody looking to have stucco repairs. Very competitively priced!

So much better than expected

I used Titan to repair stucco around several windows that had settled and cracked.  Chandler was wonderful in explaining the process and signing me up for service. The team that did the repairs, especially Sebastian, was professional and polite, keeping me up to date every step of the way.  The work itself was stunning. My old paint was 4 years old, and they matched it perfectly.  So much better than expected.   This is an excellent company.  Kudos to Greg, the project manager as well.
