What we love about Doan Restoration is that their inspections are so thorough. They are able to notice issues that insurance companies would initially miss (or probably overlook), giving peace of mind that nothing is being ignored.

We also commend their level of professionalism. They treat children with the same respect and patience as they would any adult, which we truly appreciate.

Aside from fire damage and water damage restoration, you can also trust them to address odor removal, sewage cleanup, and full sanitization. This makes them a convenient one-stop shop for all post-fire needs.

We are also impressed with this company’s honesty. They use infrared cameras to check for remaining moisture around every home, and they’ll do it with you for full transparency.

But don’t worry if you can’t be there during the inspection. They will still send you a detailed report, ensuring that you’re always kept in the loop.

We’re just a bit disappointed with their post-restoration cleanup. Additionally, cleanup is charged separately. Therefore, we recommend seeking an alternative provider instead.

We had an insurance claim due to a fire caused by our built-in grill. That’s when our insurance agent referred Paul Davis Restoration for the appraisal.

Chris from their team came the following day for a thorough inspection and evaluation, while taking precise measurements. He also explained the step-by-step process, which we really appreciated.

However, just take note that some technicians may arrive late on-site, which can push back your timelines.

Nonetheless, these technicians still impressed us because of their high attention to detail. We even appreciate them for confirming all our decisions before starting any work, while offering practical advice to help prevent future fire issues.

Additionally, they suggested safer materials and modifications to mitigate future fire risks. And when it comes to cleaning up, we love that they used a pressure washer to ensure thorough soot removal.

You’ll also love that they volunteered to communicate with our insurance company. This allowed them to double-check if all necessary restoration coverage was approved without any stress on our part.

Moreover, despite the extreme heat during restoration, you can still expect their crew members to work efficiently.

We also love that their crew arrived almost an hour early, using that extra time to document every room, complete with detailed notes and photos. 

Because of this, we weren’t surprised when they were able to restore a twenty-five-square-foot area in just a week, which is a bit faster compared to their counterparts.

The only downside to working with Integrity Contents Services is that they tend to overlook email messages. We don’t recommend sending important details via email without first alerting the recipient via message or call.
