Family-owned and operated Arizona Locksmith caught our eye because of their excellent track record and near-perfect score on Google Reviews. We decided to check them out ourselves and we’re glad we did. 

They’re on call seven days a week and highly accessible, which is great in case of an emergency situation. Although it’s possible to reach them via email through their website, we find that they respond faster when you call them directly. 

Their staff has over 20 years of experience, and it shows. They’re professional, helpful, and skilled, based on what we’ve experienced. 

They also offer a wide range of services, offering help to residential and commercial properties. They can also help out when you get locked out of your car. 

To add to that, you can also contact them to install your security cameras at home and for your business and they can also crack safes. 

Although they don’t have an office you can go to personally since they’re fully mobile, they respond to calls in record time. Their locksmiths can be dispatched throughout the valley.

We also like that their prices are affordable with a lot of convenient digital pay options. You can even inquire about their promotions when you get your free quotation. 

Lastly, we’re also impressed with the quality of their equipment and products and that they’re backed by a parts and labor warranty. 

Overall, I think this company deserves a spot on our list, for sure. 

Founded in 2016, Discount Locksmith LLC is younger compared to the other companies on this list. Despite that, they have made their name in the industry because of their great service at affordable prices. 

What we like about this business is how they have a set price list for the services they offer – with a transparent break-down of the costs. They’re very upfront with pricing so you don’t have to worry about additional fees popping up unexpectedly. 

Plus, they have a lot of discounts when you check out their website. However, we checked the fine print and saw that you may be required to share their social media pages before you can avail of them. 

They’re open 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, you can contact them anytime you’re in a pinch and need to open locked vehicles, install or repair locks, install a keyless access control system, make new keys, or deal with any other emergency you may have.  

Although most customers, including us, can attest that they have reasonable response times, there were some reports when people were asked to wait for a few hours for their service. As always, it’s a case to case basis, so this is something to consider with this company. 

Their staff are competent and friendly, from what we’ve experienced. Situations where a locksmith is needed can be stressful, so it’s great that they’re easy to work with. 

West Phoenix Locksmith deserves a spot on our list because of their first-rate services and established clientele. They have a strong reputation as a company and we can see why. 

Although based in Phoenix, their service areas include most of Arizona. They’re easily reachable and accessible.

They respond fast to inquiries. They have a 24/7 call center where you can relay your needs and they also respond to online inquiries quickly. 

From what we’ve seen, their locksmiths can all expertly assess your situation and quickly find solutions to commercial, residential, and automotive problems. They’re all well-trained and excellent at what they do. 

You can also call them for programming key fobs and re-key services. Although their range of services isn’t as extensive as other companies, they can still be counted on for emergency situations.  

They’re also very polite, warm, and friendly. We’re not the only ones who think so. 

Based on our poll of their previous customers, most of them praise the professionalism of their locksmiths and comment on how prompt and efficient they are with their service. 

Lastly, we’re also impressed that they use locks, lock parts, and tools of the highest quality. All consumers get a 60 days warranty for parts and labor, which is great.

We also like that they only employ Arizona-licensed technicians with comprehensive expertise in locksmith services. This shows that they’re very serious about the quality of their service, which we can attest to based on our experience. 

They’re also the only company on this list to be GSA-certified, meaning they can offer services to the US Government. They have ten technicians who are GSA Certified on the Kaba-Mas X-10 Lock. 

They’re also insured and all their products come with manufacturer and labor and installation warranties. So, you can contact them directly if you feel that you have any problems with their service. 

Aside from residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services, they also sell and work on safes. So if you have a safe that needs repair, maintenance or moving, you can call them as well. 

One concern that we have is that although they say they’re a 24/7 service, there are a considerable amount of reports from previous customers that they failed to respond to service calls. 

Also, they charge an overtime price when you schedule an appointment outside normal business hours.
