5 Best Prenatal Massages in Phoenix for a Safe and Relaxing Way to Get the Stress Away

Expertise & Certification: I checked if each therapist had proper pregnancy-specific training and certifications. This helped me find providers who understand how to safely care for moms-to-be.

Service Range: I looked for places that offer a variety of prenatal massage options and additional treatments. I also considered providers with postpartum support for new moms after delivery.

Safety & Quality: I focused on safe practices, clean spaces, and comfortable setups during each session. I prioritized therapists who use proper methods, such as side-lying support pillows for better comfort.

Value & Reviews: I compared session prices, treatment lengths, and overall value before making my picks. I also reviewed client feedback to see how other expecting moms felt about their experiences.

Effective Prenatal Massage Helped Induction

I saw Kim on a Friday for the 39w+  prenatal massage. By Monday, I had my son. The massage worked so well, and I felt so relaxed. Kim knew exactly where to massage in the areas that I have been struggling with the most. I am looking forward to coming back postpartum. Thank you, Kim!

Fantastic Relief for Back and Hips

I came in for a prenatal massage at 38 weeks pregnant and WOW! It helped tremendously with all my tension and specific pain areas in my back and hips. Jessey B was my masseuse and she is fantastic! Not only did she do a great technical job with the massage, she had such a kind and calming presence. She also gave great recommendations for aftercare like epsom salt baths and muscle rolling my husband can do for me to help my pain spots continue to relax.

I had prenatal massages w Twee who was amazing! I has her massages all throughout my pregnancy with no issue despite being a high risk.  I’m due for an induction in a few days and I just had my last prenatal massage today, which I was still able to lay on my stomach w the special bed/pillow she uses. I absolutely love her massages, their comfy, soothing & relaxing. Twee makes you feel like all your stressors diminish once you’re getting a massage. By far the best I’ve had and I’ve tried many.

Gifted Therapist Targeted Trouble Areas

Twee is a gifted massage therapist. I booked her for a 90 minute prenatal massage and it was so good, I immediately booked her for another one the next morning. She found all my trouble areas without me even having to tell her. Highly recommend!
