Add in the positive energy they bring, and it’s easy to see why people choose them. We did—and the experience only gets better when they listen to special requests, like giving extra attention to the bathroom or kitchen. 

Having been in the industry for over 40 years, the consistency across their recurring home cleaning, deep cleans, rental property care, and more comes as no surprise. That’s with pet-safe and eco-friendly products you don’t need to provide yourself. 

On the downside, some maids were reported to arrive late or cut booked hours short. Unexpected surcharges—a $144 quote turning into $443, for instance—didn’t help and made clients feel ripped off.

The hardworking maids bring their own gentle all-purpose cleaners too. Just note that they still ask that pets be kept in a secure spot. However, a few clients were hesitant to continue due to underdone move-out cleans, sometimes worsened by tardiness.

Many customers who have enlisted Tidy Casa’s help are so thankful they did, even calling the maids a Godsend. Part of the reason is that they are a pleasure to be around—kind, punctual, and able to transform spaces in the best way. 

Bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms shine like new in the hands of the team. However, deep cleans may disrupt client schedules when only one maid is sent, taking a full day and causing understandable frustration.

Fortunately, online booking is easy. Just fill in the required details on the website, and you will get an instant flat rate. At $150–$500+, we find the prices reasonable for homes and offices that look and feel amazing. 

Then again, others think the cost isn’t worth it because requested areas—such as walls and AC vents—are charged extra but often overlooked. The upside is, you don’t have to bring out your own wipers or dusters, as they bring their own.

Queen of Maids has a knack for making a strong first impression. We saw this in many first-time customers who returned for regular cleaning, whether after a standout deep clean or seeing the maids’ meticulous approach.

Others became long-term clients thanks to the affordable rates. Recurring services start at $149 a month, with one-time cleans also competitively priced. Still, vacuum jobs were noted to cost over $400, yet they left the floors dusty. 

The good news is that cleaners are willing to re-clean for free. Besides providing their own equipment, they are also happy to use requested products due to allergy concerns or eco-friendly preferences. 

For our busy close friends, the team’s timely arrival and flexible style hit home. But they did mention occasional unfinished tasks, often by staff citing other commitments as excuses.
