What we like about them is how they go above and beyond for their customers. They make sure to make the situation as less stressful as they can on the car owner’s part.

For one, they will coordinate directly with your insurance provider if you don’t have a written estimate yet. And if you do, they will use that estimate and work with the insurance company to have the repairs expedited. 

Another is that they can arrange a car rental service for you that’s aligned with the scheduled repair date of your car. The rentals can be picked up and dropped off at their shop, and they even provide a free shuttle service to and fro the car rental office.

They also offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for workmanship defects and a Vision Plus warranty for cracking, chalking, peeling, and fading. Suffice it to say, they really have their customers’ covered.

Know that their services are relatively more expensive, but you are getting top notch quality for it. All things considered, we think they’re worth your time.

Sam’s Auto Body Inc. is a family-owned business that’s been around since 1986. From what we gather, generations of their family have put in love and dedication to establish the business that is now well-known around the local community.

They provide collision repair and car painting services. Not as encompassing as other auto body shops out there, but they’re exceptionally-good at what they do.

It seems that the current owner, Sam, is incredibly hands-on in the business and speaks to customers himself. He offers them competitive pricing, transparency in the services that need to be done, and often delivers the repaired vehicles on time.

They’re straightforward and no-fuss in the sense that they will only do what is necessary. They don’t upsell and provide upfront fees that customers appreciate a lot.

They also provide a satisfaction guarantee and 12-month warranties along with all of their services. We appreciate their generosity, as not all similar companies provide the same warranty coverage.

What we think they could work on is their communication. It appears that some clients have had a difficult time reaching time through the phone, and in some cases, were dismissed as they had few people to attend to customer queries.

We’ve also heard the same sentiment from a few people who came in to get a repair quote. We think that they could hire a dedicated staff to attend to customers, especially on days when they’re “too busy”.

It seems that they provide fair pricing and are able to justify their repair estimates. They will also process and coordinate with your insurance company directly to take as much off your shoulders as possible.

What’s more is that they’re able to meet the repair date they set for themselves. In most cases, it pleases customers that they’re able to finish repairs even earlier than the deadline.

We only wish that they were a lot more communicative with their customers. Apparently, there have been instances when additional repairs were done that weren’t initially mentioned.

Also, they’re relatively slow to respond to inquiries. It appears that some customers have had to make several follow-up calls just to get their queries attended to.

We really hope they work on these issues soon as it really takes a toll on their customer service reputation.

Dynasty Collision specializes in collision repair. They’re known to be a reliable company that puts their customers’ best interests at heart.

For one, they always try to lower the deductibles that the customer has to pay for. They negotiate on their behalf, or they provide financing (which isn’t something a lot of auto body shops out there offer).

They’re also able to repair any damage extent – whether it’s a simple dent or a more complex one. They’ll coordinate with your insurance company, too, which just makes the process smoother on the customer’s end.

While they’re often commended for their high level of workmanship, it seems that they often experience delays in the repair process. Now we understand that some things are out of their hands, but we do think they could be more communicative with customers.

In some cases where it’s the insurance company that takes long to approve the quote, or a manufacturer delivers the part late, customers aren’t updated. This then has the customer making several follow-up calls just to get a new repair estimate.

The upside is, their services are relatively more affordable. So if you don’t mind waiting for a few weeks or even a month, we think they’re a good choice for an auto body shop.

Altra Collision Center Body Shop is more of your neighborhood auto body shop. They may be under-the-radar, but they’re known to be efficient and good at what they do.

What we like about them is that they have close relationships with most insurance providers. This takes a lot of the hassle out of the customers’ hands as they are able to negotiate and coordinate directly.

And if you’re paying out of pocket, they’re exceptionally-generous and considerate. They will work with you on which repairs you absolutely need so that you can come to a compromise, budget-wise, without sacrificing quality or your safety.

The owners, Roger and Kelly, seem to be down-to-earth people who truly care about their customers. They’re main goal is to do the job right, and do it right the first time.

Customers also often mention Casey, the shop’s estimator, to be a stand-up dude who’s also genuine and sincere. He works on providing customers the best repairs, and at a relatively affordable price.

Their shop also offers lifetime warranties on all repairs. We think this is incredibly generous and you won’t find a lot of this in other shops.

An issue that some of their customers encounter is delays on the repair finish date. Apparently, some have had to follow-up several times just to get an update on when their vehicles will be ready.

This is common for a lot of auto body shops, but we still think they should at least be communicative with clients. We hope they work on this right away.
