The 5 Best Event Spaces in Phoenix for Exceptional Venues for Every Occasion

  • Architectural Versatility & Aesthetics: We evaluated venues based on their interior design quality and outdoor access. This ensures the location can accommodate diverse decor styles ranging from modern rustic to industrial chic.
  • Capacity & Layout Flexibility: We assessed whether the locations offer multi-room options and customizable floor plans. Scalable capacities are crucial for hosting both intimate gatherings and high-capacity galas comfortably.
  • Catering & Bar Policies: We reviewed the available options for in-house culinary and beverage services. We also checked their flexibility in allowing approved preferred external caterers.
  • Location & Guest Convenience: We analyzed each venue's overall accessibility within the greater metro area. Proximity to local hotels, parking availability, and guest satisfaction ratings played a major role in our final choices.

Definitely recommend

Great venue!! We were there attending one of the”Candelight Concerts”.  Very nice and well kept pace.  Has that great warehouse feel and look with the exposed brake and brick. I world definitely recommend this for most any event invigorating weddings.

The venue was much more beautiful than I anticipated

Came here with my girlfriend for the 90s Unplugged Candlelight event last week. The venue was much more beautiful than I anticipated, from the historic brick look on the outside to the gorgeous wood beams and interior inside. The music sounded off the walls in such a lovely way throughout the night. I love the Candlelight events at the Phoenix Zoo, but this was special in a different way. The mini bar while you wait is awesone. The Remus whiskey  was 👌Definitely worth checking out.

Great venue

Wow!  As good as people have set it was.  Got to see the butterfly exhibit.  Great venue, excellent signage, educated docents, and lots of room.

The desert gardens and the cacti collection was amazing.  Who would have thought that there would be so many variations of any particular type.  The entire grounds and facilities were well maintained and clean.

Give yourself a half day to see it all.

Well run and maintained

Outstanding venue to see all that Arizona has to offer in beauty and color! I had no idea desert plant bloomed in such incredible  ways. Well run and maintained, it’s obvious the manhandled staff here or top flight.
