We do like that they’re very respectful of their clients’ homes, as not all similar concrete contractors are as considerate.

Because of how long they’ve been doing construction, they’re incredibly experienced in property maintenance, renovation, and repair services. And they’re able to work on any project scale.

We’ve also heard that their team is a friendly and knowledgeable bunch. It’s always a pleasure working with people who aren’t just professional but amiable too.

Note, though, that their services are relatively more expensive. But you’ll be getting a skilled team of technicians and quality work, so we think they’re well worth the investment.

Also, we think they could work on responding better to clients. Apparently, some clients have to make several follow-up calls just to get a response from them.

What’s impressive, though, is that they’ve serviced thousands of clients since then. Primarily, we think it’s because of their quality of product and service.

They mostly work on coatings for all sorts of surfaces, but one of their more popular services is concrete coatings. Theirs is made to withstand heavy traffic and years of use, and they prove it with a very generous 50-year warranty.

If by any chance you find any chipping, peeling, or blistering of your coatings, they will come out to repair it free of charge. This gives them major plus points from us.

Another selling point they offer is their quick, one-day installation guarantee. While other similar companies charge for two to three days of work, they’re able to masterfully finish the job within the same day.

We find that this is great for clients who are in need of rush services or those with kids and want to minimize the disruption to their daily routine as much as possible.  

We also love that their technicians were trained at Cardinal University. It just adds a great sense of ease to know that they’re capable and qualified workers.

It seems, though, that they only work on certain project scales. Some potential clients have had their deposits refunded because the project would be smaller than they’d usually go for.

Rose Paving LLC has been around since 1974. They’re an award-winning company that specializes in concrete maintenance and reconstruction.

Even though their services are significantly more expensive, most of their clients don’t mind paying premium fees. They get quality product and service out of it, after all.

We like, too, that their prices are upfront and honest. No hidden fees or surprise additional costs here, which is what most clients are always looking for.
