Pros
- Has been around since 2005
- Answers calls within minutes, 24/7
- Relatively affordable IT support services
Cons
- Charges hefty fees for additional services
- Reports of mishaps in recurring billing statements
My Computer Works is a technology company that mostly handles computer repairs and IT support for businesses.
Having been around since 2005, they have worked on over 1,000,000 IT issues for a variety of their clients. What we find more impressive, however, is their reputation for being an affordable and reliable IT service company.
They are dedicated to going above and beyond for their clients. They answer every call within minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This is because they understand that IT issues can pop up at any moment. Once you sign with them, someone will always be available to attend to any queries or concerns you may have.
And from what we’ve heard, their team is made up of knowledgeable professionals who are friendly and attentive.
It seems that clients love working with them because no job is ever too big or too small for them. They treat everyone with the same amount of respect and dedication.
They’re relatively affordable, too. Monthly IT support services with them start at just $39.95 – which is a steal in this industry.
However, it appears that they do charge hefty fees for additional services. And there have been reports of mishaps in recurring billings.
We really hope they work on these or at least provide more transparency to clients.

Pros
- Award-winning IT company
- Committed to security solutions for their clients
- Live agents answer calls
- Provides a dedicated account manager and engineer team lead for clients
Cons
- Charges premium service fees
- Requires long-term commitments
Total Networks is one of the biggest IT networks in Phoenix. They’re an award-winning company that has proven success in handling clients in various industries.
What we love about them is their commitment to security. In fact, they received the CompTIA Security Trustmark which validates their exceptional skills in performing core security functions.
They protect clients from security breaches externally and internally (we were surprised to find out that the latter happens more often). They do this by providing practical guidance and training for clients in monitoring network activity.
What’s more is that live agents answer the calls – they don’t just take messages and call back. We find this to be extremely time-efficient and a testament to the quality of their customer service.
Another thing we like about them is they provide clients with a dedicated account manager and an engineer team lead. Both of whom will regularly schedule technology planning meetings with clients to align their business goals.
We also find them to be proactive. Their business technology plans are laid down 3 years ahead and is comprehensive enough to cover possible risks and threats to one’s company.
These reasons are probably why clients don’t mind paying a premium for their services. If you have the budget, we think they’re well-worth the investment.

Pros
- Customizable plans and packages
- Accepts co-managed IT systems
- Bills on a monthly basis
Cons
- Relatively expensive service fees
- Plans have a cap limit on advanced support hours
Whether you need a simple or a complex IT task done, Parkside Tech can help. They specialize in providing IT support and solutions to business – small or big – across the valley.
What sets them apart is that their IT Support packages are fully-customizable. You can create your own plan based on just what you need – which we think is really considerate of them.
Also, you can decide whether to be fully-managed or co-managed – this means that if you have an in-house IT person, they can work alongside him or her.
They also offer the standard 24/7 customer service support. We’ve heard that their team really helps and attends to client calls, so they get major plus points in our book for that.
A downside that we find among their plans is that there’s a limit to the Advanced Support Hours. Once you reach that, you’ll need to purchase additional hours or have tasks billed at an hourly rate.
It’s unlikely to happen, though. Unless you experience an urgent, complex issue with your system, then that would be a real bummer.
We like the fact that they charge on a monthly basis. Their most basic package starts at $200 but no long term commitments are required and you can opt out anytime.

Pros
- Wide scope of IT services offered
- Provides cost-efficient, custom-solutions
- Offers a comprehensive and collaborative IT roadmap
Cons
- Significantly more expensive service fees
- Reports of instances when they’re slower to respond on weekends
Trapp Technology offers innovative solutions to cloud, voice, security, and IT issues for small to mid-market enterprises.
We consider them to be a one-stop shop for any technological needs your company might come across. They’ll work around what you need and provide you custom solutions that’re cost-efficient.
While there’s nothing incredibly different about the kind of services they provide, we do appreciate that they bring their A-game to every job. Apparently, clients love working with them because they’re truly hands-on and easy to communicate with.
It seems that they’re always quick to answer calls and gives updates to clients on what’s going on at the backend.
Their “Freedom as a Service” IT option means that they’ll handle the complete management of your IT assets. This is meant to alleviate the stress load of handling multiple IT projects and ongoing management tasks from your end.
They also provide an IT roadmap which is a comprehensive and collaborative service. Here, you get to lay out your business goals and they will provide you solutions with the help of their expert IT services team.
They’re also keen on protecting your company system’s security. They do nightly backups and are always monitoring for any inconsistencies or possible issues.
Know, though, that their services are quite expensive. And, we’ve heard that they’re relatively slower to respond on weekends.

Pros
- Specializes in providing IT solutions for professional service and healthcare industries
- Offers basic packages that are customizable
- Relatively affordable rates
- Offers month-to-month billing
Cons
- IT packages may appear too simple or lacking for bigger enterprises
- Relatively slower to respond to non-urgent calls
PK Tech is a locally-owned IT firm. While they provide services to just about any industry, they do specialize in the professional service and healthcare sectors.
They’ve been around since 2009 and continue to see amazing growth. Primarily, we think it’s because of their hassle-free and simple IT solutions.
They have two basic packages to choose from – one covers the essentials, while the other is a bit more comprehensive. Both, though, are inclusive of standard services and are available for low-cost rates.
They bill monthly, as well, so you don’t need to commit for longer periods of time.
It already covers IT project management, IT support, maintenance, and IT consulting. Should you need additional services in cloud or voice, they can provide those, too.
What we love about them is the proactive way they do things. They prevent issues from popping up, instead of just waiting for one and addressing them as they come.
We find this to be much more helpful as it saves time, resources, and a lot of stress on the client’s end. It works out for the best, too, as we’ve heard that they sometimes take their time returning non-urgent calls.
If you’re really just a small or mid-sized business looking for simple solutions, we think they’d be a great choice.
