You just need to sign up on their online form or call their hotline to book for pick up. Do take note that they pick up and deliver twice a week only. 

So you just need to leave your laundry out for them to get and you’ll have your clean laundry back in two days after pick up. 

We’re also impressed by their same day service. So if you get your clothes to them by 9 AM, you can have your laundry back by 5 PM that same day. 

However, do note that the same day service cut off is 9 AM on weekdays and aren’t available on weekends. For those who need help ASAP, they also have emergency services available upon request. 

We like their utmost care with what they do. In fact, in their own words, “It’s ready, it’s right, or it’s free”. 

This makes consumers like us relieved that they make a huge effort to be able to deliver great results on time.

Plus, their lightning-fast turnaround time left us wondering if they have secret teleportation technology hidden in their backroom.

From our experience, they’re very efficient. Clean clothes will get back to you on time and they have a great track record in taking care of garments.

From what we’ve seen, what sets them apart is they put a heavy emphasis on being environmentally-friendly through their sustainable practices and use of organic, non-toxic, hydrocarbon solvents in their cleaning. 

We also took note that they are members of the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) and the Western States Drycleaners & Launderers Association (WS-DLA). This shows us that they have structured processes and follow strict standards when it comes to quality and efficiency.
