What we love about them is they really do respond quickly – you can call in the morning and someone will come over within the same day to assess your home. 

They offer free in-home estimates and will bring over physical samples of various floor colors and styles so you get a better idea of what you’d want. And, these also include full walkthroughs and a proposed overall project layout.

We really appreciate, too, how honest and transparent their price quotations are. It’s not the lowest in the market, but it’s competitive enough.

Plus, there are no hidden fees here. And, we’ve heard that in some cases, the final cost is even lower than the initial estimate.

We think this is really great of them, as it shows that they don’t overprice and overcharge clients. 

What’s more is they have a wide variety of floor styles to choose from in various colors, textures, and patterns. You’ll most likely find a certain look that you’re happy with.

While it doesn’t happen very often, we still would like to mention that we’ve heard of cases when they’d cancel home visits at the last minute. It seems that they have a few issues with double-booking.

There are more than a few good things we love about Epoxy Werx. For starters, they really specialize in epoxy flooring and guarantee quality at every job.

In fact, their proprietary epoxy/polyurethane material combination doesn’t chip or peel, which usually happens with older epoxy systems. Also, it’s UV-resistant so it’s not very prone to yellowing or fading.

What’s more is they managed to make their epoxy sealant resistant to stains, scratches, and water damage. We truly think that you’ll be getting your money’s worth, as the floor will last you more than a few decades.

Their solid industrial grade materials are extremely tough. Which is why in most cases, they’ll need more than a few days to get the job done.

Depending on the area size and heat temperatures, though, there are cases that they’re able to finish the install in one day.

We also love how professional and experienced their technicians are. They’re rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau, so you can expect a certain level of expertise and skill there.

They offer competitive pricing, too, and are generally more affordable compared to other similar companies. All things considered, we think you’d be in great hands with them.

Sledge Concrete Coatings has been around since 2002. They specialize in all kinds of flooring, which includes epoxy and concrete pavers.

What really stood out to us was their huge selection of colors, styles, textures, and patterns. And, they can also color match your concrete – which in our book, shows great customization options and flexibility.

There’s nothing new or incredibly unique about their epoxy flooring installations, but we do like that they do good old fashioned thorough and meticulous work.

Their previous clients commend them for having keen attention to detail and superb workmanship. They just really make sure that there are no bubbles or hidden imperfections – and that both materials used and labor work are of excellent quality.

Another thing we like about them is that they take accurate and honest measurements. An issue most people have with flooring companies is that they overestimate, which leads to unnecessary increases in price costs. 

Even though they’re relatively more expensive, at least you know that you’re paying for exactly what you need and asked for.

A few other things we’d like to mention is they offer free in-home estimates, takes on all projects (big or small), and take pride in having friendly, professional employees.

All in all, we think they’re a solid choice should you need their services.

Armor Kote Garage Floors is another top-rated flooring company because of their unique two-step flake system.

Their proprietary epoxy wicks deep into the concrete and is 3 times stronger than the typical epoxy or polyaspartic systems. This means that the material is extremely strong and could withstand up to 8 lbs of MVE pressure.

Their topcoats are also resistant to tire marks, yellowing, and fading. And, they’re made out of materials that are generally considered safer for the ozone layer.

They offer a lifetime warranty against peeling or delamination, so there’s no need to fret about maintenance repair costs.

They work pretty fast, too, and can install the epoxy system in just a day. This means that there’s less downtime and mess in your home.

Shane, the owner, seems like a stand-up guy who’s really professional and easy to work with. Apparently, he’s very hands-on and you’ll often see him join the installation on several jobs.

His technicians also appear to be very skilled workers who show up on time and get the job done right.

While their services are on the pricier side, we do think they’re worth the extra splurge if you’re not on a tight budget. We do wish they offered financing options, though.

They specialize in providing single color epoxy coatings. So when it comes to full customization of colors, styles, and textures, they may not be your guys.

Single color epoxies may be too simple for some, but it’s common in the industry for a good reason. It’s durable, smooth, and has excellent wear-and-tear repelling properties.

The good folks behind this company have a solid understanding of such material. They’re able to install it quickly, efficiently, and within budget constraints.

They also only use the highest industrial grade epoxy coatings and polyaspartic sealers, which is often used in airplane hangars, auto repair shops, garage floors, and more. This ensures durability and thickness, especially for rooms that see a lot of foot traffic.

Their rates are relatively more affordable and getting estimates from them is super easy. They can provide it instantly through the phone or through email, so no in-home visits are required.

Since they are a smaller team, they aren’t always available right away for installs. But they do answer calls pretty much all day of the week and are so responsive to customer queries.

We think they’re a good choice if you’re not really looking for anything dramatic or overly-complex.
