The fact that they’re only open 4 days a week probably contributed to this, too. But they do accept special weekend appointments, so at least there’s that.

An area they could probably work on is their scheduling. It seems that some clients experienced having late technicians, while some didn’t show up at all as they got the schedule wrong.

We’ve also heard that some clients had to do several follow-up calls just to get their quotation.
