1. Green Home Pest Control

Website:https://www.greenhomepest.com/

Address: 16042 N 32nd St Ste B13

Contact: 480-613-9377

Hours: 24 Hours

Relying on the In2Care trap system, Green Home Pest Control tackles flying insects by targeting active breeding zones across your yard. Their technicians inspect the property thoroughly to correct outdoor conditions that attract swarms in the first place.

When we asked a local property owner about their seasonal setup, he noted how quickly the biting activity dropped near his patio.

The best part is the team also returns on a scheduled basis to top off water levels and re-bait each unit.

However, because these specialized traps rely on standing water inside the station to function, extreme summer heat requires diligent refilling so they don’t dry out.

Still, their approach to mosquito control delivers steady relief without blanket spraying.

Pros

  • Uses In2Care trap system
  • Thorough initial yard inspections
  • Corrects standing water breeding factors
  • Routine trap maintenance and re-baiting

Cons

  • Traps need regular water refills during summer

Customer Reviews:

Highly recommend

I’ve used Green Home for outside pests for several years and am very happy. Their technician, Brian, was here today for monthly mosquito spraying. I had called the office to say I was also having a problem with ants around the patio. Brian took care of the ant issue and swiped down the spider webs all around the area. I am so pleased with the extra effort! Highly recommend Green Home!

Regular customer

I’ve been a customer for about 5 years now and I’m pleased with their services. I haven’t had any issues, they keep my home clear and safe for my kids. I also recently added their mosquito buckets service and that’s a game changer a must for the crazy amount of mosquitoes we get here.

Still, their focused mosquito control methods eliminate breeding hot spots thoroughly.

Highly recommend

Great service from start to finish! Erin answered the phone and was so helpful in scheduling my appointment. She truly went above and beyond to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated.

On the day of service, Chase had excellent communication and was very professional. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the whole process easy and stress-free.  I highly recommend Bill’s pest control company!

The pricing is fair and reasonable

The folks at Bills Pest and Termite control are excellent and courteous.  We have been with them for 23 years and have always appreciated their service.  No problems now but before they spent several hours trying to discover how and where they entered into a closet.  Nothing was obvious but they tracked it down and treated totally and there has never been a problem there since.

Their pricing is fair and reasonable and we rely on them and trust them to do a great job!

3. ACTION Termite & Pest Control

action-termite-pest-control

Website:http://actiontermitecontrol.com/phoenix/

Address: 1101 W Melinda Ln STE B

Contact: 602-899-2222

Hours: 24 Hours

Deploying an integrated strategy, ACTION Termite & Pest Control blends microbial larvicides with synthetic and botanical sprays to clear outdoor areas.

They apply Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti) to eliminate larvae without harming local wildlife or family pets.

We spoke with a client who had her yard evaluated, and she said the technician clearly explained where water was collecting under their patio planters.

She added that the team even recommended biological options, such as adding mosquito-eating fish to garden ponds.

On the downside, some customers seeking purely non-chemical options might dislike the synthetic pyrethroid sprays used on perimeter hedges. If you’re looking for something more natural, this may not be the service for you.

Nevertheless, their multi-tiered mosquito control program provides robust, 24-hour service flexibility.

Pros

  • Uses eco-friendly Bti microbial treatments
  • Suggests biological pond controls
  • Seals entry points and adds monitors
  • Offers around-the-clock availability

Cons

  • Uses synthetic sprays alongside naturals

4. Urban Desert Pest Control

urban-desert-pest-control

Website:https://urbandesertpest.com/

Address: 21639 N 12th Ave #201

Contact: 602-399-9629

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Urban Desert Pest Control earned a spot on our list for how quickly they turn things around. If you’ve got an active swarm, their next-day service can knock it out before it spreads further.

What also sets them apart is that their technicians look at the yard itself, not just the bugs. They’ll point out things like thick turf thatch or leftover post-monsoon debris, which are the exact spots pests love to hide.

They also show you how to use natural oils like peppermint and citronella to keep them from coming back.

That’s what makes their mosquito control actually stick: instead of a one-time spray, you’re fixing the conditions that let infestations take hold.

The one thing to plan around: their Saturday hours are limited, wrapping up by early afternoon. So if you’re gearing up for a weekend gathering, it’s smart to book earlier in the week rather than counting on a same-day Saturday fix.

Pros

  • Offers convenient next-day service
  • Assesses hidden grass thatch habitats
  • Inspects storm debris and fallen branches
  • Recommends natural botanical repellents

Cons

  • Shorter operating hours on Saturdays

Customer Reviews:

You won’t be disappointed

We have used Urban Desert for 9 years.  They have helped us rid our yard of mosquitoes and rodents.  While we find two or three scorpions a year, they are usually dead.  We wouldn’t use anyone else.  They do everything right and are reasonably priced.  My go to guy is Robert Nelson.  He does a very thorough job, never in a hurry, and is a pleasure to work with.  Use Urban Desert, ask for Robert, and ask about their mosquito control!  You won’t be disappointed!

Professional and knowledgeable technicians

Professional and knowledgeable technicians can sometime be difficult to come by, but Tony satisfied both requirements. He took the extra time to be sure I knew understood my options for mosquito concerns. Having been in customer service most of my working years, it was nice to have a little above and beyond come back at me. Thanks Tony!
