They have a large team that can take care of any common changes near your moving date, which we like. 

Despite them being a big company, we’re surprised that they have very friendly rates. So if you’re on a strict budget, they’re a good option. 

Their movers are all very professional, based on our experience. They were very polite and the whole process was so smooth.  

We aren’t the only ones who think so. Based on our poll of previous clients, a lot of them praise how respectful, hands on, and helpful the movers are. 

They’re also known for being efficient, getting the job done within reasonable time. They’re very competent when it comes to techniques in packing, disassembly and reassembly, lifting, loading and unloading, and large item preparation. 

We think this is because all of their movers complete an onsite moving school and assessment, according to them. This dedication to training their staff really pays off in terms of quality of their service and we can attest to this. 

We’re also impressed that they do a quality control call after every move. They really ask if there had been issues during the move and try to do something to fix them. 

One thing we noticed, however, was that there are reports of several prior customers having problems with delays when making claim calls for damage from the move. 

We don’t know if it’s because of the high volume of customers, but we think this is something to consider with this company. 

Two Men and a Truck is a full-service moving company with 30 years of experience and present in over 350 locations. In particular, we reviewed their North Phoenix branch. 

We like that they offer a wide range of services including comprehensive home and business relocation, packing and unpacking, and junk removal services. Since every case is different, it’s great that they’re a versatile company that can tailor their services according to your needs. 

They have received a lot of distinctions through their years of service such as their A+ Better Business Bureau ranking and their 2014 Franchisee of the Year award from the International Franchise Association. 

Having experienced their service, it’s easy to see why they have a 96% referral rate. Their staff are well-trained, professional, and very hands on, making it easy to trust them with your moving needs. 

One thing we noticed, however, is that they do not sell insurance as a company. They do offer additional coverage through valuation. 

As for payment, all major credit cards are accepted. We also noted that they charge by hour for local moves and by weight and miles for long-distance moves, which is reasonable as far as we’re concerned.

Since they’re a big company with a high volume of customers, there are some reports of tardiness from previous clients. So this is something to consider with this company.

They offer a wide range of services including local moving service, long distance moving, senior moving, storage, packing, and junk removal. 

We noticed that despite being a big company, they have very fair prices. They also have a very smooth process overall, based on what we’ve experienced. 

They’re very communicative and have really good customer service. Prior to the move and all throughout the process, they check in with you frequently, which we like. 

Their movers and staff are all very professional, dedicated, and easy to work with. We checked and were impressed that their whole team is well trained and has gone through strict background checks and drug tests. 

We also noted that they offer basic liability coverage for both local and long distance moves. It’s also easy to call for claims, from what we can tell. 

We just wish their website had more information to make it easier to look through their services. It’s a good thing that they have a very active hotline should you have any questions.

They have a lot of distinctions as a company. They’re a licensed professional company that’s certified by the FMCSA and USDOT and accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ grade.

We saw that they’re well-recognized and have gotten distinctions like Angie’s Super Service Award in 2013 and 2015. 

One of our favorite things about them is how efficient they are. They start the move on time, making the moving process more seamless. 

Based on our poll of their previous customers, they also mention how quick and efficient the staff are. Their staff are very professional and careful with your belongings. 

They also communicate really well, frequently checking in with us to make sure everything is in order. 

Their services include residential and office moving, packing materials and services, and storage options. Their services aren’t as extensive as other companies, so that’s something to consider with this moving company. 

They also offer moving insurance in case of accidents, which is always important to look into. 

As for their pricing, it’s also very reasonable from what we’ve seen. So if you’re looking for a good moving company on a budget, they’re a good option.
