Unfortunately, it seems that they do sometimes encounter minor delays in the payroll. While this often happens to a lot of staffing agencies, we still think it’s an area they could improve on.

We’ve also heard that their staff members are kind, friendly, and diligent at checking up on the candidates. It seems that they’re very professional and go above and beyond to find the right job fit for them.

However, we have heard a few complaints from jobseekers, saying that they usually have long waiting times for interviews. Sometimes, a candidate is asked to wait more than an hour before being seen by the recruiter.

Over the years, they’ve developed a modern system that works well for both job applicants and employers. This includes a proprietary performance selection system, vendor management systems, and central order management.

Unfortunately, we also heard that they have minor delays in payrolls, especially during the holidays. It’s understandably the busiest time of the year, but we still think they could address this.

A downside, however, is that there are a few reports of their reception/phone service reps being dismissive to applicants. We hope they’d better train them in customer service as it really reflects their company image.

Sometimes, waiting time for interviews takes a while, too. They could probably manage this with a better organization system, so as not to waste anyone’s time.

What we love about them is how client-focused they are. This goes for both an applicant and an employer’s part.

We think this is super considerate and generous of them. Their benefits are one of the many reasons why employees love working with them, and we totally see why.

When it comes to finding employers some talented professionals, they like to think long-term. Quite literally, in fact.

They mostly work at providing long-term staffing solutions because they believe that it’s more beneficial for any company. To them, having the right people on one’s team is the key to building a sustainable business in an ever-changing world.

While we applaud them for it, we can see how this limits their client base.

Unfortunately, it seems that there have been some reports about “glitches” in their payroll system. But we’ve heard that they’re actively working to resolve any issues, so at least there’s that.
