We also really appreciate that they’ve partnered with SmartWay Transport for environmentally-friendly logistic management. Their partnership with PrePass by Help Inc., on the other hand, allows for timely toll and weighing station access.

In spite of these, some customers experienced minor delays in delivery. It appears that they still encounter issues with weighing, which eats up more time than what’s initially expected.

We’ve also heard that some of their phone service reps aren’t as helpful as one would like. Apparently, some of them can be rude and dismissive at times.

While these are common issues, we still hope they address these for better customer service.

Shippers Preferred Express offers standard short distance and long distance hauling. However, there is something to be said for professionalism and strict timeliness.

Their company is big on these two traits. It seems that their clients really appreciate how well-mannered and prompt their drivers are.

Although, we have heard that they still encounter scheduling mishaps when it comes to pickups. We hope they work on resolving this recurring instance.

Moreover, they’re super communicative and will update you at all points of the transport process. And if you have questions or concerns, someone will almost always answer the phone to attend to you.

What we like about them is that they offer specialized transport for your specific requirements. The services they offer are flexible and they’ll meet with you should you need a custom job.

So if you need something done that’s too small or too big for other companies, they’ll work with you and conveniently design a system that you need. We have to give them major props for that!

Apart from that, they’re also one of the few trucking companies that offer truck and trailer repairs. They have expert mechanics, who are also the ones regularly checking and maintaining their own fleet.

However, it seems that their equipment isn’t as modern or updated as other similar companies. They could probably make do with some new crates and forklifts.

System Transport is a flatbed trucking company that offers regional hauls alongside customized solutions. They have both specialized fleets and third party logistics to help you find the best transportation that you need.

To ensure optimum safety, their trucks average at just 2 and a half years old. And, these already come equipped with a refrigerator, power inverter, climate control, ample sleeper room, and more.

Each truck also has lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Talk about modern tractors!

Apart from those, they do regular maintenance checks on their fleets as well, which is pretty standard, but still comes highly-appreciated in our book.

They not only invest in their trucks, but in their team members as well. They extensively train their drivers on all the technical know-hows of trucking, along with proper safety measures.

Note however, that all these come at a steep cost as their services are significantly more expensive than similar companies. Considering the investment they put into the safety of their drivers and customer cargoes, we think they’re worth the splurge.

We also wish that they were a lot more responsive to clients. Apparently, they take more than a few hours to respond even on short distance hauls.

There’s really nothing unique or special in the services they offer, but it’s their service quality that sets them apart.

We’ve heard that even after long drives, their drivers are very much accommodating and still manage to crack a smile. It appears that the company truly invests in making them as comfortable as possible in all their trailers and trucks.
