Gathering from customer experiences, we weren’t let down by their promise. One client to the next was impressed by their honesty with lead times, transparency with fees, and overall professionalism.

We love that their sales and service teams are always on the same level and organized, and the same goes for the admin staff. We’re fans of businesses with a structured and coordinated workforce.

In terms of their catalog, they have over 20 brands in their lineup with the likes of PJ Trailers and Haulmark. These range from utility to specialty models, but we noticed they’re not offering livestock trailers.

Fortunately, they can accommodate custom designs in case you can’t find what you’re looking for.

However, the same couldn’t be said for follow-up services and customer support, which is something we hope they could improve on.

Overall, there are some areas for improvement, but their service is adequate and we think they’re deserving a spot on this list.

Big Text Trailer World stands out because they manufacture and sell their own line of units. With almost four decades since its inception, the company has around 600 dealers and 62 store locations across the country.

It’s no surprise that they have a wide-ranging inventory right here in Phoenix, where you can choose from more than 180 trailers of different kinds. In terms of quality and quantity, they check the boxes for us.

Another thing we like about them is that they offer a full service of repairs and maintenance for their products, as well as a diversified shop for parts and accessories. If you’re looking for a one-stop shop, we think they’re one of the best in the valley.

We have our presumptions about customer service for large companies, but it seems their staff doesn’t adopt the usual cookie-cutter approach. We love that they’re personal and very accommodating, even after making sales.

However, we’ve heard a few reports about damages on the units upon purchase, such as flat or worn tires. We hope they could improve on quality control and inspection before they dispatch a trailer, as this could be dangerous on the road.
