We also like that they offer home repair services. You can easily book an appointment on their website and they’ll promptly show up at your home.

However, we have heard of some instances when they cancel appointments at the last minute or a day before. This can be frustrating on the customer, especially with very little time of notice.

They also take a while to get back to phone queries. Some customers had to make multiple follow-up calls just to get a response.

TechBros was founded just in 2013. In almost a decade, they’ve grown to have a loyal clientele that speaks highly of their services.

They’re a full-service repair company that specializes in PC and Mac repairs. And, they have an extensive scope of services from fixing simple issues to the most complex ones – including data recovery.

What customers love about them is how efficiently they work. In some cases, they can have your PC in and out within the same day.

For repairs that take longer, they have an online repair status tracker that lets you see their progress. We think this is super smart and saves clients precious time trying to call and follow up. 

On top of that, they offer competitive pricing. We find their rates reasonable, considering the fast turnaround time and warranty offers.

Note, though, that not all repairs and parts are covered by the warranty. It’s best to clarify with them directly what the the exact coverage is.

Another downside is that they don’t offer home repair services. But they are open daily, so it’s easier for you to go at your most convenient time.

All things considered, we think they’re a solid choice should you ever need any of their services.

Geeks in Phoenix is a locally-known IT consulting firm that specializes in computer repair and service. 

The owner, Scott, is very hands-on and will often do the repairs himself if he’s available. From what we’ve heard, he’s a kind fellow that’s accommodating and patient in answering all customer queries.

Not all of us are techy, which is why it’s so frustrating to not understand what’s wrong with your computer. Scott, however, is apparently great at translating complex terms and issues into a way that’s easy to grasp.

They offer in-shop, on-site, and remote repair services. It’s great that they allow walk-ins, too, so that customers have a choice on which service is most convenient for them.

We also appreciate that they offer free basic in-shop diagnostics. One of their technicians will give you upfront pricing and you never have to worry about hidden fees.

This is always considered a green flag in our book, so we give them major props for it.

We’d like to mention, though, that they don’t repair computer monitors. They’d actually recommend for you to call the manufacturer, or bring it to a different repair shop.

Often, they can have your computer repaired within the same day. More complex issues, however, would take up to two days.

In-A-Dash Computer Repair is a fully-remote and mobile company. They’ll repair your computer at the convenience of your own home or office.

The unique thing about them is they charge by the hour. Regardless of how many computers or devices you need to have repaired, you’ll still only shell out for their hourly rate which is $99.

While this may seem more pocket-friendly for easy-to-repair issues, it may be more costly for repairs that demand more time.

If that’s the case, the technician would inform you of how long the repair will take and create a bundled-up estimate for you. They will only proceed once you approve of the quotation – no hidden fees or extra charges.

From what we’ve heard, they respond quickly and show up to appointments in a prompt manner. And, the technicians, especially JD, are professional and competent all throughout the appointment.

They also offer a good scope of inclusions and freebies. Every computer repair service gives you 7-days of remote support, free antivirus software, a 6-month warranty, and printer or hardware installations at no additional cost.

We think this is incredibly generous of them and most of their customers seem to appreciate it as well.

Geek Elite Computer Services provides affordable computer repairs for both commercial and residential clients.

They offer a wide scope of repair services from the minor issues to the most complex ones. And, they’re usually able to resolve these issues within the day or up to 48 hours. 

When it comes to their pricing, they charge relatively affordable flat rates per service. They give free estimates, too, so you don’t have to worry about surprisingly-high costs or additional hidden fees.

The owner, Don, stays very much in-touch with the business. Often, he’ll be the one answering your calls and walking you through the repair process.

If he’s not too busy, he’ll even dip his hands in the actual repairs. Apparently, he’s very informative and has a great sense of humor, which customers find pleasing.

In our book, good customer service is important. It seems that they have that nailed down.

From what we’ve heard, their technicians are knowledgeable, competent, and very well-spoken. They won’t try to upsell and will only recommend repairs that are truly necessary. 

They also offer on-site, drop off, and remote repairs. We’d advise a bit of patience when scheduling an appointment, though, as they do get booked up quite fast.
